By proceeding with your purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
BEFORE USING OUR WHIPPED CREAM CHARGERS, AND DISPENSER, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO READ THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. THIS IS APPLICAPLE TO ALL PRODUCTS.
- Verification of age and identity may be required. A BUYER SHOULD BE 18+ to MAKE PURCHASE.
- NITROUS OXIDE GAS is in our products, PLEASE DON’T USE for INHALATION
- Products must not be MISUSED or supplied to MINORS.
- A MERCHANT PROCESSING FEE APPLIES TO CANCELATIONS within an hour of purchase.
BY CONTINUING, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
- First-time CUSTOMERS HOSTING HOTEL EVENTS must allow us to record their photo IDs for security purposes. Failure to provide ID upon request will result in the inability to fulfill the order and the charging of a delivery fee.
- Customers providing incorrect addresses OR changing address CHARGED SEPARATE DELIVERY FEES based on their respective locations.
- Canceling after the driver has left still applies the CANCELLATION DELIVERY FEE
- Customers located in the city must ensure the driver can park at the address provided. DELIVERY TO PUBLIC PLACES IS NOT AVAILABLE.
For high-rise buildings, hotels, or units, the driver may request the customer to come down.
- If there is any evidence of misuse, we will record the incident and PROHIBIT THE CUSTOMER FROM MAKING FUTURE ORDERS.

- Whipped cream chargers are for FOOD AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION ONLY.
- ATTENTION: Our whipped cream chargers are for food preparation only. By purchasing, you confirm awareness and prevention of misuse. We reserve the right to refuse sales and future business if misuse is suspected.
- It is an OFFENSE TO USE/SELL WHIPPED CREAM CHARGERS for inhalation
The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation, and potentially, death. Keep out of reach of children. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH A SCENARIO.
- Please note delivery times given are only an estimate. Around busy times PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME.
- The SUPPLIER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery
- We will not sell our products to anyone under the age of 18.
- Chargers contain pressurized liquid Nitrous Oxide. Attempting to pierce the sealing cap without proper equipment can result in EXPLOSION INJURY AND SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS.
- WE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO THE FOLLOWING PLACES: - University halls, colleges, schools, hospitals, and other public places.
- All new customers must SIGN A DISCLAIMER AND PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION.
Product Safety
- For 1/4L or 1/2 Litre Whippers, do not use more than 1 charger; for 1 Litre Whippers, do not exceed 2 chargers. Excessive pressure from using more than the recommended amount could lead to an explosion.
- GAS CARTRIDGES ARE NOT REFILLABLE. They are made with 100% recyclable steel. Please do not dispose of unused cartridges.
- Chargers should not be incinerated or exposed to sunlight or heat exceeding 50°C.
- Keep chargers out of reach of children
- CHARGERS MUST NOT BE TAKEN ON AIRPLANES under any circumstances. Violation of this rule may result in serious cases.
Address Changes & Delivery Fees
- Incorrect delivery addresses may incur additional delivery fees.
- Address changes after order placement may incur additional delivery charges.
- Cancellation after the driver has departed incurs a cancellation/delivery fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Merchant processing fees apply to cancellations.
- Cancellation requests made after dispatch are subject to delivery charges.
Delivery Liability
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- Additional delays may occur during busy periods.
- Supplier is not liable for losses caused by reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays.
Payment Authorisation
- By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and authorise us to charge the total amount of your order, including any applicable delivery fees, taxes, or additional charges.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your financial institution.
- Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide relevant evidence to Stripe, your payment provider, or your financial institution, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmation
- Payment authorisation
- Delivery confirmation
- Driver records
- GPS delivery information
- Communication history
- IP address
- Device information
- Customer identification records (where applicable)
- Fraudulent or intentionally false payment disputes may result in refusal of future service and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where permitted by law.
Order Acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where fraudulent activity, incorrect information, pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected misuse of our products is identified.
Delivery Completion
- Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer and accepted by the customer or another person present at the delivery location.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout, including delivery address, contact details, and payment information, is complete and accurate. Additional charges may apply where incorrect information causes delivery delays or failed deliveries.
Pricing Errors
- While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and cancel any order placed using incorrect pricing.
Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
Force Majeure
- We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
