Refund Policy

If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Please keep in mind the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs; this applies to buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

Our team will start to process your request once they received the email.
We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return label and return instructions.
After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policies
You acknowledge that there will be a merchant processing fee if you decide to cancel your transaction within 48 hours of making your purchase on our website.
If you cancel your order while the driver is already on the way you will still be liable to pay the delivery fee.

Incorrect Address
Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.

Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, refuses to accept the order, fails to provide valid identification where required, or provides incorrect delivery details, delivery charges remain payable and refunds may not be available.

Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and typically take between 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
